WIVB-TV, virtual channel 4 (UHF digital channel 39), is a CBS-affiliated television station located in Buffalo, New York, United States. Owned by the Nexstar Media Group, WIVB has been broadcasting since May 14th, 1948 and is one of the oldest television stations in Western New York. It was the first television station to sign on in Buffalo and only the second station to be established in Upstate New York after WRGB (now WCWN) in Schenectady.

The station's studios are located at One Broadcast Center on Elmwood Avenue near downtown Buffalo and its transmitter is located at 1083 Feet Hill Road near Colden. WIVB also operates a low-power translator that serves Niagara Falls from a transmitter atop the Rainbow Bridge; this translator carries programming from sister station WNLO as well as some syndicated programs seen exclusively on WIVB.

WIVB offers viewers an array of news and entertainment options through its live TV stream or watch online TV free services available for both desktop computers and mobile devices. The channel broadcasts local news throughout the day with updates every half hour during weekday mornings between 5:00am - 9:00am EST; it also airs national news programs such as CBS This Morning each weekday morning at 7:00am EST followed by Face The Nation at 8:30am EST.
