TV3 is a private television channel operating in Estonia. It was established in 1996 when EVTV and RTV, two separate channels, merged under one owner. The name TV3 was chosen for the new channel as an abbreviation of Advertising Television (RTV). Before that, the same broadcast channel had been used by Russian Television.

Today, TV3 offers a wide range of programs to its viewers including news broadcasts, sports events coverage, entertainment shows and documentaries.
