It was opened on July 20, 2008 by Ali Özmen Safa, owner of Star Kıbrıs Media Group, with the participation of then Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan from Turkey and Ferdi Sabit Soyer from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.Ada TV offers viewers a wide variety of content including news, sports, movies and entertainment programs.
